SASTOJCI:

- 4 velika stara peciva

- pekmez od kajsija (marelica)

- maslac za mazanje kalupa

- 4 dl (dobra skorupa) vrhnja

- 6 jaja

- šećer

- vanili šećer

 

PRIPREMA:

1. Peciva kojima smo oribali koricu prerezati na 4 jednaka dijela

2. Svakom izdubiti malo sredine, a izdubljene dijelove namazati s malo pekmeza

3. Pripremljenim komadima peciva popuniti kalup prethodno namazan maslacem

4. S pjenom od vrhnja, žumanjaka, šećera i vanili šećera politi komade peciva da postanu sočni

5. Premazati sa snijegom od 3 bjelanjka, šećerom i vanili šećerom, te zapeći

6. Služiti toplo
