SASTOJCI:

- 3 žumanjka

- 1 cijelo jaje

- 4 žlice šećera

- 2 dcl bijelog vina

- 2 dcl vode


PRIPREMA:

1. Jaje i žumanjke miješati sa šećerom dok se ne zapjene

2. Dodati vino i nastaviti miješati na pari dok se ne digne

3. Pred kraj dodati vodu

4. Servirati toplo
