SASTOJCI:

- 25 dag riže

- 2 dag maslaca

- 15 dag šećera

- 3 žlice vruće vode

- 1 naranča

- 1 limun

- 3 žlice ruma

- 1 šaka krupno narezanih oraha

- 1 šaka krušnih mrvica

- čokolada za kuhanje

- 3 bjelanjka

- 1 žlica šećera u prahu


PRIPREMA:

1. Rižu skuhati u slanoj vodi na gusto, ali da riža jako ne omekani

2. U posudi rastopiti 2 dag maslaca i zašpinati 14 dag šećera

3. Dodati 3 žlice vruće vode, sok i koricu od 1 limuna i 1 naranče i prokuhati

4. Umiješati ocijeđenu rižu i dodati rum, krupno nasjeckane orahe i krušne mrvice

5. Zdjelu namazati i obložiti krušnim mrvicama

6. Istresti polovinu riže, naribati čokoladu za kuhanje prst debelo i prekriti drugom polovicom riže

7. Premazati sa snijegom od bjelanjaka u koje smo dodali šećer u prahu

8. Zapeći u pećnici
