Fina kukuruzna bazlamača

SASTOJCI:

- ½ l kukuruznog brašna

- ½ l mlijeka

- 12 dag maslaca

- 20 dag šećera

- 3 jaja

- 2 mjerice vrhnja

- prstohvat soli

- 2 dag kvasca

- šaka mljevenih oraha

- med

 

PRIPREMA:

1. Kukuruzno brašno pofuriti s vrućim mlijekom

2. Maslac, šećer i žumanjke dobro izraditi

3. Sjediniti s pripravljenim brašnom

4. Dodati vrhnje i kvasac dignut na mlijeku, te snijeg od bjelanjaka

5. U dobro namazanu tepsiju izliti polovicu mase

6. Dodati mljevene orahe, pokapati rastopljenim medom i na to drugu polovicu mase

7. Pustiti da se digne i peći dok ne pozlati
