Krumpir u šlajeru

SASTOJCI:

- 3 kg krumpira

- 2 velike glavice crvenog luka

- 1 svinjska potrbušna maramica

- 1 žlica svinjske masti

- Sol, crvena paprika


PRIPREMA:

1. Krumpir oguliti i narezati na ploške, luk očistiti i narezati na sitno

2. Tepsiju dobro namazati s masti

3. Začinjeni krupir pomiješati s lukom ili u tepsiju slagati red krumpira, red luka

4. Sve pokriti potrbušnom maramicom i peći
