Liptauer, sirni namaz sa srdelicama

 

SASTOJCI:

- 15 dag putra

- 25 dag svježeg kravljeg sira

- žica kiselog vrhnja

- 6 slanih srdelica

- vlasac

- kopar

- malo ukiseljenih kapara

- 2 mlada luka, dovoljan je samo bijeli dio

- papar, mljevena crvena slatka paprika, po potrebi sol

 

PRIPREMA:

1. Sjediniti putar, žlicu kiselog vrhnja, isjeckani luk, po ukusu kopra i vlasca, kapare, od kostiju očišćene slane srdele

2. Sve izmješati sa štapnim mikserom

3. Dodati sir i začine

4. Nastaviti mješati dok ne postane kompaktna smjesa

5. Premjestiti u prikladnu posudu za čuvanje i staviti u hladnjak da se stegne

6. Komadiće kruha lagano prepržiti i vruće ih mazati s liptauerom

7. Zaliti dobrim bijelim vinom
