- odresci (peke) izrezani od vratine i lungića

- mast za prženje

- nekoliko glavica luka

- sol

- Vegeta

- papar


PRIPREMA:

1. Peke izlupati batićem za meso

2. Pržiti ih u vrućoj masti

3. U međuvremenu dok se peke prže, izrezati i usoliti luk

4. Kad su se peke lijepo zarumenile, izvaditi ih na luk i začiniti

5. Pržene peke pomiješati s lukom

6. Servirati na kruhu
