Tački bakestare

 

SASTOJCI:

- masnoća za prženje

- crveni luk

- ostaci od mesa

- slanina

- 1 jaje

- peršin

- sol i papar

- lisnato tijesto (od sala)


PRIPREMA:

1. na masti ispržiti crveni luk

2. dodati izmljevene ostatke mesa i slanine

3. dodati jaje i peršin uz dobro mješanje

4. posoliti i dobro popapriti

5. tijesto razvaljati i pomoću čaše izrezati krugove

6. u sredinu kruga stavljati hrpice ohlađenog nadjeva

7. vrhove kruga spajati s bjelanjkom

8. složiti u namašćenu tepsiju, premazati bjelanjkom

9. peći na 200 stupnjeva
