SASTOJCI:

- ½ kg brašna

- 25 dkg masti

- 3 žumanjka

- 15 zrna klinčića

- 1 žličica cimeta

- 4-5 žlica šećera

- Na vrh noža sode bikarbone

- Malo mlijeka

- Pekmez

- ½ limuna


PRIPREMA:

1. Razmrviti mast u brašnu, dodati ostale sastojke i s mlijekom zamijesiti glatko tijesto

2. 1/3 tijesta rastanjiti na veličinu manje, prethodno namazane tepsije

3. Tijesto u tepsiji namazati pekmezom kojega se razrijedilo sa ½ limuna

4. Od ostatka tijesta iskorojiti trake i iskrižati kao gornji sloj poput rešetke

5. Peći na 200 °C

6. Kad je pečeno, rezati na kocke i posipati šećerom
