Bošpor - crveni

SASTOJCI:

- Žlica masti

- 3 žlice oštrog brašna

- Žličica crvene mljevene paprike

- 1 čaša soka od rajčice

- 1 čaša vode


PRIPREMA:

1. Na rastopljenoj masti zažutiti brašno

2. Dodati crvenu mljevenu papriku i promiješati

3. Dodati malo vode, sok od rajčice, promiješati i prokuhati

4. Posoliti po ukusu

5. Dodati pričin od razmućenog brašna s malo vode

6. Prokuhati i služiti toplo uz nadrobljeni kruh
