Pogača

 

 

 

SASTOJCI:

- 2 pregršti mekog brašna

- 1 puna žlica masti

- 1 žličica soli

- 1 žličica sode bikarbone (ili ¼ kvasca)

- Mlijeka po potrebi


PRIPREMA:

1. Od brašna, masti, soli, sode bikarbone ili kvasca dignutog u mlijeku zamijesiti tijesto

2. Ostaviti 10-15 minuta da se odmori

3. Rukom rastanjiti tijesto u tepsiji u obliku kruga

4. Izbosti vilicom da pri pečenju izađe zrak

5. Peći na 220 C

6. Pri serviranju ne rezati nego lomiti
