- Mljevena paprika

PRIPREMA:

1. Šarana očistiti od ljuski

2. Rezom s leđa ribu rastvoriti u jedan plosnati komad

3. Izvaditi iznutrice i odsjeći glavu

4. U jednoj posudi pomiješati se začine u omjerima po ukusu

5. Začine dobro utrljati u ribu

6. Ribu učvrstiti u rašlje od unaprijed pripremljenih grana

7. Peći na umjerenoj vatri ili žaru
