Masna tarana

SASTOJCI:

- oštro brašno
- voda
- sol
- stari kruh
- mast
- mljevena crvena paprika

 

PRIPREMA:

1. Od brašna i vode, dlanovima i prstima utrljati što ravnomjernije kuglice
2. Prosijati ostatak brašna
3. Taranu rasprostrti na čistoj krpi i sušiti na suncu
4. Osušenu taranu skuhati u slanoj vodi
5. Stari kruh izrezati na manje komade i staviti na dno zdjele u kojoj ćemo jelo posluživati
6. Kruh preliti sa skuhanom taranom, tako da se dobro natopi
7. Na  masti zažutiti oštro brašno, dodati mljevenu crvenu papriku
8. Napravljenu vruću zapršku politi preko tarane, ne miješati, nego pustiti da se sastojci prožmu sami
9. Služiti toplo
