SASTOJCI:

- 1 puna žlica masti

- 1 žličica brašna

- 1 glavica crvenog luka

- 1 žličica crvene mljevene paprike

- ½ l vode

- 1 žličica soli

- 5 šnita starog kruha


PRIPREMA:

1. Na rastopljenoj masti lagano ispržiti brašno i dodati usitnjeni luk

2. Miješati dok luk ne smekša

3. Dodati mljevenu crvenu papriku i vodu

4. Posoliti i dodati kruh narezan na kocke

5. Miješati dok se ne sjedini

6. Servirati toplo
